Frightened Anger

Anger: a friend of ill-will
that lunges and lashes out.
I vow with all beings
to face the frightened self it is

This Tree I See

Swaying your branches

To natures heated rhythm

Light touches each leaf

With brilliance

Only realized

As one truly

Sees your true self

The self as you are here, now

Waiting to be seen.
